We partner with amazing and unique black-owned brands to bring you a next-level multi-branded retail experience. As such, we are respectful of and adhere to the return/exchange policies of our vendor partners. Please find the return/exchange policies listed below by brand. If the brand accepts returns/exchanges (based on the below policies listed for each brand), please email joynblk@gmail.com to request a return/exchange and we will partner with the vendor to make the process as seamless as possible.

 

ANIMA IRIS Return/Exchange Policy (From Anima Iris website)

Item(s) can be returned for store credit or exchange only. Unless there is fault by Anima Iris LLC. You have 14 calendar days to return an item from the date you received it. If Anima Iris is at fault, Anima Iris will pay for the return postage. To return your item, you must request a return label. You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. The complete cost of the label and the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your store credit. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. Your item must be in the original packaging. Once the Anima Iris team receives your item, the Anima Iris team will inspect it and notify you that Anima Iris has received your returned item. If the Anima Iris quality control team has approved the returned stock, you will be emailed a store credit in the amount of your purchase, less the initial shipping cost and the full shipping cost to return the item. Exchange orders will ship within 24 hours of the original item being received back, depending on stock availability and according to the Anima Iris shipping policy. You can change or cancel your order online before your order is shipped. Should you decide you would like to change your order for any reason, Anima Iris is happy to cancel your order so you can make a new order and or receive store credit. When your item has shipped, Anima Iris will not be able to cancel your order with the carrier. Once you request the cancellation of any item(s) in your order, it will take Anima Iris a maximum of 2 - 3 business days to cancel the order. Please note that whenever you cancel, Anima Iris can only provide store credit only as Anima Iris cannot provide refunds. Once you have requested the cancellation of item(s) in your order, Anima Iris will complete the cancellation and your store credit will be emailed to you.
